TERMS&CONDITIONS

RESERVATION POLICY

 

Any changes to your reservation must be made as early as possible by email.

 

In the event of cancellation any refund will be made in accordance with the Music Retreats

Cancellation Policy or COVID-19 Policy, as applicable.

 

In the event of a no-show on the course start date we are obliged to hold all monies paid to us.

 

 

Please note that the use of all facilities and  grounds are entirely at the user’s risk. Important notice: we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim of any kind arising out of staying at, or travelling to or from Le Pras. This includes all trips whilst on your holiday. Any safety guidelines displayed at the property must be followed. This includes, and is not limited to, use of the swimming pool.

 

Music Retreats does not accept responsibility for any cancellation or effect on your holiday due to war, terrorism, natural disasters, industrial dispute, civil strife, adverse weather conditions or acts of God.

 

It is highly recommended that you take out adequate travel and medical insurance for the duration of your holiday.

 

Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

 

Check in after 4pm, check out 10.30am

 

When submitting a booking, a deposit of £250 GBP is payable. Full payment for the course must be made no later than 60 days before the start date of the course.​

 

All payments should be made by PAYPAL or by Bank Transfer.

By paying the deposit to secure your reservation you accept the terms and conditions of the Reservation Policy.

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

When submitting a booking, a deposit of £250 is payable. Full payment for the course must be made no later than 60 days before the start date of the holiday.​

 

Cancellation must be confirmed in writing by email to info@music-retreats.com

 

If you cancel your booking prior to 120 days before the start of the holiday, your deposit will be refunded. If your booking is cancelled less than 120 days but greater than 60 days before the start of the holiday your deposit is forfeited. If you cancel your booking prior to 60 days before the start of the holiday 100% of the total cost is forfeited.

By paying the deposit to secure your reservation you accept the terms and conditions of the Cancellation Policy and the COVID-19 Policy

 

 

 

COVID-19 POLICY

 

Participants must agree to do all that they can to minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19 and to observe the latest guidance recommended by Governments and Public Health Authorities. This may include the wearing of masks or observing social distancing when travelling or within a group environment. 

 

Please do not travel or attend a course if you have been exposed to the virus or are displaying symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty in breathing, fever, chills, headache, sore throat, or a recent loss of taste or smell.

 

Music Retreats, Le Pras and its owners follow recommended industry cleaning guidelines and practices throughout the property and cannot be held liable in the event that any participant tests positive for COVID-19 during or after the course. 

 

Participants acknowledge that despite taking all precautions there is an increased risk of COVID-19 infection during travel and while participating in a group environment. 

 

In the event that any Government or Public Health Authority introduce restrictions which make it impossible to travel to/from your country of residence to Music Retreats (Le Pras, Juignac, 16190, France) within 21 days of the course start date you will receive a refund of all monies paid less the deposit paid, which will be held as a credit for the rearranged course dates, or, any other course the participant wishes to attend in the future. There is no time limit for the use of the credit. 

 

 

WEBSITE DISCLAIMER AND PRIVACY POLICY

We receive, any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. However, we do not knowingly collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools such as analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email),payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback in relation to your reservation only.

 

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above and in relation to your reservation only.

 

We do not directly share any of your personal information with any other third party or company. 

 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information (such as name, email address) for the following purposes:

To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages or to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you in relation to applicable national laws and any agreement we may have with you. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
