What is included in the cost of my music retreat?
All group tuition, all meals and drinks, en-suite accommodation. Once you arrive you don't need to pay for anything else, this is an 'all inclusive' retreat. 
 
How is the schedule structured during my music retreat?
Whatever the course a typical day starts with a healthy continental breakfast on the covered terrace followed by the morning session of group tuition. After lunch the afternoon is free for relaxing by the pool, visiting local areas of interest or practicing your new skills! Tuition resumes for another two hours in the late afternoon before everyone joins together for aperitifs by the pool as the sun dips below the hills. It’s then time for a tasty, wholesome, home cooked 4 course dinner served either in the barn or al fresco on the terrace; that depends on the weather and time of year. As the evening unfolds with drinks around the fire pit everyone can reflect on a very rewarding day!

Can members of a music groups attend a course together?
Yes, the venue and all services can be adapted to provide for existing groups, ensembles, music or art societies, with or without tuition provided by Music Retreats. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

What is the best way to travel to the venue?
Most visitors arrive by car; some hire a car at the airport or railway station while others drive from their own country and extend their holiday by stopping off on the journey. Having a car gives flexibility if you want to take in local visits during your stay. If hiring a car we recommend you reserve well in advance.

Can I bring my partner?
Yes, non-participating partners are welcome to join and enjoy the relaxing environment at the quoted rate. 

How can I pay for the course?
After registering for a course you will receive an email with instructions how to pay your deposit online via PayPal. If you prefer we can also accept payment by Bank Transfer, please send an email to info@music-retreats.com for details.

How do I know if my playing level is right for the course?
There is some playing level guidance quoted for each course - our priority is that you benefit and enjoy the course and we will make sure you do! If you are still concerned then send us an email to info@music-retreats.com or use the chat function so we can discuss this further with you.

Can you cater for my dietary requirements?
Yes, once you have registered send us an email with your specific requirements. Catering for certain diets may incur an additional supplement.
